Technical assistance for about 25 years covering all function relating IT technical services.
Important experience in on-site hardware and software support, Team management, IMAC and RollOut massive operations, asset management, licensing and guarantees.
Good skill in the following systems: Microsoft Server (Exchange, AD, Office365), Microsoft OS (from DOS to Win10 including WinCE and Embedded solutions)
Juniper (Firewall e VPN), Agfa e Richo (DTP/digital printing), VmWare (P2V, System Center), F-Secure (management console), Lotus Notes (mail e file sharing), Mobile iOS and Android (mail e vpn, massive migration).
Technical expertise on hardware support:
PC (Windows, Apple, IPC, thin clients, miniPC for streaming media, etc ..), Warranty repairs for PCs and laptops (HP, Lenovo, Panasonic, Dell, Apple), Pheripherials (printers, scanners, barcode reader, portable terminal, etc.), Server (IBM Blade and AS400, HP Proliant) and their backup system.
I aim for on-site activities that require trained and "ready to use" skilled technician for limited periods of time and for part-time jobs; the operation area is Emilia Romagna (north Italy) but I rate transfers in other areas.
